INTENTIONAL ACTIVITIES
dbKids Nursery Activity: Today we have some birds who came to visit us. (Show picture of a family of birds). These baby birdies are so little that they have to stay in their nest while their mommy and daddy bring them worms and other small insects to eat. The mamma and daddy protect their baby birdies by keeping them safe and warm in their nest high up in the tree. Look, these birdies have wings so they can learn to fly. Isn’t that neat that God made all the animals with just the right things on their bodies to help them survive? The bible says “His eye is on the sparrow”, which tells us that God cares about everyone and everything, even the smallest among us.
