The story of Peter’s revelation in Acts 10 reveals a core tenet in the gospel of Jesus Christ: God saves all who come to faith in His Son, regardless of their past, cultural differences, or their upbringings.

Peter’s miracles in Acts 9 showcase the power of the Holy Spirit at work within the early church. Peter did not perform them to wow the crowd or even illustrate his own strength, but rather, he met people’s needs as a means of demonstrating God’s power at work.

In Acts 5, we find the apostles performing many signs and wonders through the power and grace they received through the Holy Spirit

In Acts 4, we encounter Peters Spirit-led boldness and the religious leaders inability the gospel’s power at work. Despite the danger they faced, the church remained steadfast.

Peter’s healing and preaching in Acts 3 reveled the Holy Spirit’s power at work. Through both words and deed, Peter and John committed to all -encompassing mission of the gospel.

The later portions of Acts 2 relay the work of the Holy Spirit’s transformation work within not only the Apostle Peter’s life but also in the lives thousands new believers in Jerusalem.

Although Peter had seen Jesus, perhaps he had not come to terms with his denial of Him. Jesus was able to demonstrate mercy and forgiveness to Peter. He would ask the question of him, “Do you love me?”

Peter worshipped Jesus. He walked with him, talked with him, and believed. When we read and see the works of Jesus, does it lead us to worship? How do you respond?

As we wrap up this unit, we read part of 1 Peter, as Peter writes to Christians in the New Testament. His letter tells believers to be holy like God. But what does it mean to be holy? Let’s review… Welcome to dbKidsOnline! Our video will go live Saturday at 6pm.
