Raising a family takes a village! We want to walk with you every step of the way. That’s why we created Journey.

Our mission is to partner with parents/guardians to create a Biblically grounded community for enrichment, academic, and social experiences.

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Homeschool cooperatives function well because everyone pitches in.

While students attend classes, parents/guardians share tasks: set-up, cleaning, classroom support roles, teaching classes, & provide care for children below the class attendance age.

  • ANYONE with kids! We offer a range of classes geared towards elementary through high school aged students. Children younger than 1st grade can still attend in childcare (run by parent volunteers)..

Although Journey meets at a church, you do not have to attend Desert Breeze Community Church to join. We do ask all families to read and agree to our Statement of Beliefs during the enrollment process. As a Christian community, we want to ensure we agree on core beliefs, even if we have different views on non-essentials.
