
DBKids Internship Program
Internships currently available for Spring & Fall 2026
Commitment:
Undergraduate students (minimum age 18)
Minimum 10 hours per week
Wednesday morning and/or evening availability
Weekly meeting with the intern supervisor
Goals of Internship Experiences:
Although based in a children’s ministry, each internship supports slightly different learning outcomes based on the area of study:
Christian Ministries - Learn the skills necessary to develop, lead, and run a children’s ministry effectively.
Human Development & Family Studies: Gain & apply experience in observing & engaging in growth of children in a children’s ministry setting.
Family Life Education - Utilize awareness of, identify, and incorporate the 10 Family Life Education Topics in a children’s ministry setting.
Behavioral Health - Apply knowledge to holistically support children & families in a children’s ministry setting.

Submit resume with cover letter to dbKids Pastor Bradley. Please use subject line “DBKids internship.”
Interview (30 minutes)
Application & Interview reviewed by staff. Applicants will be notified of acceptance status once determined.
