Respite Care is designed to give the caregiver(s) and family of a person with special needs or disabilities a break. Taking a break is vital for the caregiver and their families. 

The holidays and traveling can be very difficult for a family. Having or managing a child with special needs or sociocultural struggles adds another layer of preparation for this season. 

In September we had the privilege of hosting our first annual disability awareness and training seminar in partnership with Joni & Friends. One of the key highlights was building an intentional relationship. What does building an intentional relationship look like?
